Job Title: Sterile Processing Technician Duration: 13 Weeks contract (potential to transition to permanent) Location: Richmond, VA 23228 Agency & Staffing Partner: Lancesoft Inc. (supplied through AlliedTravelCareers) Shift: 2nd shift 3:00 PM–11:30 PM (five days a week, eight hours per day) Pay: $1,300 – $1,400 per week (approximately $9.63 per hour) Start Date: ASAP About the Position The Sterile Processing Technician is responsible for ensuring surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized, clean, and ready for use in a high‑volume, fast‑paced hospital environment. The role includes the preparation, packaging, and testing of instruments; monitoring sterilization cycles; troubleshooting equipment malfunctions; and maintaining strict compliance with infection control protocols and regulatory standards. Requirements Minimum 2 years of sterile processing technician experience Valid CRCST certification and up‑to‑date HSPA and AHA BLSA certifications All applicants must be able to work 8‑hour evening shifts and be available to start immediately.
