**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, performing general accounting tasks, including accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP), and assisting with budgeting and forecasting.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments on financial matters
- Assist with audits and internal control processes
- Continuously look for process improvements to increase efficiency.
