$100,000 - $125,000 /yr
If you are a Construction Project Manager, with at least 3+yrs of recent construction experience, please read on. Established in the 1990's, we've grown to be a leading contractor in the Wilmington, NC market. Our team embodies our culture with a dedication to growth and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and of the highest quality in the Commercial, Multi-family, Healthcare, K-12 and Higher Education sectors. We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager or Sr Project Manager with experience at a supervisory level, who has the ability to manage complex projects while maintaining a positive client/contractor relationship.
Responsibilities
- Oversee 2-4 projects concurrently with values of $15M - $40M+ annually
- Manage the project financials and job budgets & profitability while delivering a quality project
- Lead the project team - client, architect, superintendent, subcontractors, vendors
- Manage schedules, submittals, RFIs & financial reporting, subcontracts, COs, POs, etc. - Managing overall project document control
- Plan and coordinate construction activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, preferred, or degreed in a related field or applicable certification or minimum 10+ years commercial general construction experience.
- Ground up experience of projects from $15M or more - Knowledge of CLTs Sub Contractors
- Public and private client experience
- Ability to read and understand construction documents and contracts
- Knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, Project, Procore, Bluebeam
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate and plan with engineers, architects and stakeholders
- Willingness to travel a plus
- Experience with multiple delivery methods
