What You'll Do (BCaBA Role) Provide ABA services under the direction of a BCBA Support and help oversee individualized treatment plans Deliver RBT supervision, coaching, and feedback Partner with families to support meaningful progress Collect and manage clinical data using streamlined systems Build real leadership skills as you grow toward BCBA

What We're Looking For Active BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) or eligibility within 30 days Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Experience in ABA therapy / Autism (ASD) preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
