Calibration Technician

The Ross-Carlisle Group has been tasked by a Greater Northern Dayton organization to find a direct hired, full-time Calibration Technician whose job will be to test, calibrate, and repair a wide variety of tools, instruments, and electronic test equipment. Job Duties Test and calibrate various tools and equipment per OEM or GIDEP test procedures. Equipment types include but are not limited to: Pitot Static Test Sets, Oscilloscopes, Calipers, Pressure Gauges, Tensiometers, Thermometers, VOMs, Micrometers, Power Supplies, Tachometers, DMMs, Force Gauges, Torque Wrenches, Scales and many more. Work performed in accordance with ISO-17025 and ANSI-Z540.1 requirements. Repair any or all of the above equipment, requiring troubleshooting of mechanical and electronic equipment. Research specifications, test procedures, and other documentation required to perform the above duties — including very obscure and obsolete equipment. Research equipment required to perform the test/calibration functions outlined above. Good solid understanding of electronics is required. Company will provide on-the-job training.
