We’re hiring RemoteDonation Call Specialists to helpleading nonprofits raise critical funds thatchange lives. If you have a warm voice,strong attention to detail, and a heart for service— this is your opportunity to turn compassion into acareer.
What You’ll Do:
- Receive calls from generous donors
- Guide donors through the giving process with care
- Accurately record donation and donor details
- Provide outstanding follow-up and service (when needed)
- Reach performance goals that open doors for growth
Requirements
What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or GED
- 6+ months remote OR 1+ year in-person customer service
- Clear verbal communication and active listening
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Quiet, professional home workspace
Tech Requirements (To Start Work):
- Windows 11 PC/laptop (8GB RAM minimum, 16GB preferred)
- Wired internet connection
- No Chromebooks or Macs
- Dual monitors recommended
