As a Product Designer on AI Builders, you’ll design the tools that make this possible. That means owning the end-to-end experience of how customers build, evaluate, and ship AI — navigating the nuanced interplay between agentic and deterministic workflows, and finding the right balance between the two. You’ll collaborate closely with PMs, MLEs, FDE/FDPMs, Customer Success, and Marketing teams across the organization. You’ll advocate for craft – raise the quality bar and help the team develop a shared eye for what great looks like You’ll have good judgment of when to ship: perfect is the enemy of good Qualifications We Value: Education in Design, HCI, Interaction, or 5+ years equivalent industry experience Experience in designing AI-driven workflows, no-code/low-code/agentic builders, or complex B2B enterprise applications AI-native working style: comfortable using Claude Code, Cursor, MCP, or similar tools to move faster, prototype deeper, and push beyond what traditional design tooling (Figma) allows Portfolio showcasing simple and elegant design solutions to complex problems, with a focus on end‑to‑end flows rather than isolated screens Strong product thinking + a blend of UX disciplines (interaction design, prototyping, visual design, and user research) Curious, adaptable, and a quick learner who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
