Schedule:

Monday-Thursday 7am-4:30pm, Friday 7am-11am

Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable Textile Associates to assist with various stages of the textile production process. This position involves working with fabric materials, operating or assisting with production equipment, inspecting finished products, and maintaining an efficient work area. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with textile production, including material handling, cutting, finishing, and other production processes.
• Operate or assist with production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality, defects, and consistency.
• Prepare, organize, and move materials throughout the production area as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety and production guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, textile, sewing, or production experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a production team.
• Ability to work safely and maintain productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
