Warehouse Picker / Packer

$22 per hour

We are hiring a  Warehouse Picker / Packer for a full-time, direct hire position in Novi, Michigan. Warehouse Picker / Packer Responsibilities:

• Pick and package daily scheduled products and materials for shipment
• Ensure expedites are picked and packaged quickly and accurately
• Load daily shipments onto carrier trucks
• Support shipper with maintaining packaging supply inventory
• Follow export compliance standards for packaging and palletizing
• Document all actions by completing required forms and records

Warehouse Picker / Packer   Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be able to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and manuals
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate clearly with team members
• Strong math skills and the ability to apply them in practical situations
• Problem-solving skills in varied and changing environments
• Comfortable using personal computers and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, Project)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and forklift certification
• Able to read engineering drawings; knowledge of GD&T is a plus
• Willing to travel to other facilities, suppliers, or customers as needed
• Must manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision
