Assistant Nurse Manager

Overview Hartford Healthcare seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager to support daily operations and clinical leadership within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will oversee patient care coordination, staff scheduling, and workflow to ensure safe, high-quality, and compassionate care. You’ll coach and support nurses, champion evidence-based practice, and help drive quality and performance improvement initiatives. Working in our inclusive, team-focused culture, you’ll collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams while accessing cutting-edge technology and professional development opportunities.
