Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

We are looking for a Psych Trained Nurse Practitioner responsible for diagnosing, conducting, and prescribing medications for patients having psychiatric-mental health problems as well as promote and educate patients on good health practices. *The position will travel between Akron and Canton area each week* As a Psych Nurse Practitioner, you’ll be our go-to person for ensuring the best patient care possible. You will be responsible for providing psychiatric services, physical and psycho-social examination of your patients, developing an appropriate treatment plan and providing effective management of patient care with proper evaluation. As a Psych Nurse Partitioner, you will be working closely and/or in collaboration with other healthcare professionals, so you should have a team spirit and a positive attitude. Patience, problem-solving skills, and communication ability are important.
