Title: CNC Lathe & Mill Machinist - Nights

Location: Catoosa, OK

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00pm - 7:00am

Pay: $25+ DOE

Position Summary

We are currently seeking an experiencedHaas CNC Lathe & Mill Machinist to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC lathe & mill machines to manufacture precision metal parts that meet tight tolerances and customer specifications.

This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented and skilled machinist to be part of a high-performing team focused on quality, consistency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Haas CNC lathe & mill machines to produce precision metal components
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Make necessary adjustments to ensure parts meet exacting standards
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Document work and inspection results accurately
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and timelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications preferred
• Minimum 2 years of CNC lathe & mill experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment
• Strong understanding of machining processes and blueprint reading
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and take ownership of assigned tasks
• Familiarity with G-code and CNC programming a plus
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

* Set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments out of metal. Includes precision instrument makers who fabricate, modify, or repair mechanical instruments. May also fabricate and modify parts to make or repair machine tools or maintain industrial machines, applying knowledge of mechanics, mathematics, metal properties, layout, and machining procedures.
