Supply Technician (01410)Location: VP-69 NAS Whidbey, WA Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite Clearance: Tier 3 | CAC requiredProvides Organizational-level aircraft maintenance support on P-8 series aircraft in accordance with the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP), applicable technical data, and federal contract requirements. This position performs limited aspects of technical supply management work (e.g., inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization) related to depot, local, or other supply activities.Essential FunctionsPerform Material Control FunctionsEnsure compliance with Tool Control, FOD, safety, and quality programsDutiesOrder and receive aircraft parts and material.Aircraft Maintenance Material Readiness List (AMMRL)Naval Aviation Metrology and Calibration (METCAL) ProgramIndividual Material Readiness List (IMRL)Hazardous Material Control and Management (HMC&M) ProgramTool Control Program (TCP) Interface with QA and Maintenance ControlPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsLogistics "A" School or equivalent required3+ years related experience required3+ years P-8 or equivalent aircraft experience preferredSecret clearance requiredPhysical Requirements: Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation, including prolonged sitting, standing, kneeling, climbing and/or use of a computer and office equipment, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Requires sufficient vision to read and review records. Must be able to work in high-noise environments, wear required PPE, and work indoors in office/hangar and outdoors in varying weather conditions.Compensation: $35.70/hour + $2.65 H&WBenefits: Employees are offered medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
