Medical Surgical Telemetry Nurse

Overview Telemetry Nurse at Mercy Gilbert Medical Center monitors patients and provides clear explanations of test results to help guide healthcare decisions. You will work with doctors and other clinical specialists to observe patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring, applying knowledge in real time to support patient care and outcomes. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive, safe, and effective evidence-based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes. Recognize and adapt to changes in patients' conditions in a timely and clinically appropriate manner. Organize and prioritize patient care activities while considering patient comfort and needs. Demonstrate accountability for ethical behavior and escalate issues as needed to support ethical practice. Document according to policy, standards, and guidelines. Advocate for patients by delivering holistic care practices. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing RN License in the state of Arizona American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Preferred One (1) year of medical/surgical acute care experience Bachelor of Science in Nursing Where You'll Work Mercy Gilbert Medical Center is a 198-bed non-profit facility.
