Concierge PRN (work as needed)

Concierge Position

Rolling Green Village is a not-for-profit retirement community with a 35 year track record of excellence and a 5 star nursing home rating quality care.

We are currently seeking hospitality minded part-time concierge for our front desk to work prn as needed basis - need to be available for some evenings, weekends and holidays.

Candidates must have a desire to join a great team dedicated to providing outstanding care to our residents.

General Summary:

The concierge is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the front desk. The concierge is also responsible for ordering supplies and assisting the executive assistant with any duties assigned to them. The concierge is responsible for maintaining excellent relations with residents, guests, staff, and vendors.

Essential Job Duties:

1. Opens and/or closes the concierge desk. Properly secures all files, keys and equipment in the office area.
2. Available to work some holidays
3. Helps answer all calls directed to the front desk from the IVR (interactive voice response)
4. Assists residents with copying, faxing, US mail and other services

Qualifications:

1. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Thorough knowledge and skill in typing, proofreading and word processing, have attention to detail and be proficient in Microsoft Office products.
2. High school graduate.
3. Must display a courteous, friendly and helpful attitude toward all people.

Salary - $14.50/hourly
