Senior Test TechnicianLocation: Batesburg-Leesville, SCType: Contract To HireWork Model: OnsiteOverviewThe Senior Tester is responsible for testing and maintaining various electrical, electronic, and electromechanical systems. The position also entails troubleshooting and repairing issues found during testing, analyzing malfunctions, and repairing equipment.ResponsibilitiesConduct various tests on electronic components, assemblies, or systems to identify faults or inefficienciesDiagnose and repair complex electronic systems, including circuit board repair and component-level troubleshootingCalibrate and maintain electronic equipment and systemsUtilize a variety of test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, and spectrum analyzersSoldering and desoldering electronic componentsTroubleshoot, resolving system and subsystem faultsDocument test procedures, results, and any necessary repairs or modificationsResolve issues and make decisions based on documentation and dataAdhere to safety and quality guidelines and company policiesRequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent6+ years of Tester experience; to include maintenance and repair of a variety of electronic equipmentDeep understanding of analog and digital circuits, components, and principlesCreate and execute test plans, test fixtures, and associated documentationStrong attention to detail, to include meticulousness in following procedures, documenting information, and ensuring quality workWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and SAP Enterprise SoftwareCommitment to quality work and meeting deadlinesPreferred QualificationsAssociates degree in Electronics or equivalent military experienceSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
