Job Description

The Merchandiser -Sales Large Store Trainee duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, building displays, replenishing inventory on the customer's shelves, racks, and cold equipment. This position is responsible for maintaining specific activity within assigned accounts in a geographic area.

What your day will look like:

• Ensure proper care of equipment, and Company/customer assets daily
• Rotate and replenish products in customer outlet including displays, racks, and all Coca-Cola and brand partner equipment
• Maintain product integrity in every account; neatly stacked, condensed, and rotated backstock, clean coolers, racks, and shelves to Company standards
• Organization and collection of any breakage or out of date product, including empty shells and pallets.
• Provides feedback and recommendations to leadership on competitive threats and business opportunities as they arise
• Works in partnership with the Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver for outlet to execute the picture of success
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with all customers, as well as providing superior customer service
• Ability to work with all functional team members
• Sell and execute at customer relations, training and development while maintaining a professional rapport with store management
• Communicate opportunities to appropriate team members

What You Need To Succeed

Minimum 18 years old Must have good work record (No final written warnings) Must have good attendance Dependable with a good attitude Must have good safety record Must have a neat and clean appearance The ability to receive and follow instructions The ability to work well with other employees and/or customers The ability to communicate with other employees an/or customers Must meet the physical requirements of the position In the event of drivers, to have a good MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) Must be able to pass Company driving test before and after training Must be able to pass the Company DOT physical and drug screen if applicable Must be able to drive assigned equipment with the required license for specific position Sales experience desired for Sales positions Knowledge of general trade math demonstrated by the passing of a math skills test if applicable for sales positions. High School Diploma or GED for applicable jobs as listed on the job description Ability to handle and exchange money accurately Ability to respond and resolve to any customer issues Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other associates of the organization Physical Requirements Position will be required to comply with the CCBCU Personal Protective Equipment Program.
