Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Flexible, up to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility, Rehabilitation Center, Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC)

Diverse CCRC Setting: Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, On-campus Home Health, Outpatient

Location: Bentley Care Center - Naples, FL

Pay: $42 to $65 per hour

Qualifications:

• Current license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
