Assistant Sales Manager - Shakopee, MN We're looking for a motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join the leadership team at our Shakopee location. This position is ideal for a results-driven leader who enjoys coaching and developing sales professionals, driving performance, and creating a culture built on accountability, teamwork, and exceptional customer service. As an Assistant Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in the success of the sales department by helping develop talent, supporting dealership operations, improving sales performance, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. As a third-generation, family-owned company, we're passionate about helping customers find the right RV for their adventures while delivering an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you'll help oversee the day-to-day operation of the Sales department. Responsibilities Include: Lead and support the daily operations of the sales department Coach and motivate the sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience Assist with deal structure, customer follow-up, and sales performance Monitor lead activity, CRM usage, and customer communication Work closely with finance, service, and other dealership departments Support training, onboarding, and development of sales staff Help maintain a professional, organized, and customer-ready showroom and lot Lead by example through professionalism, communication, and customer-first service What We're Looking For: A strong candidate will have: Sales experience (RV, automotive, marine, or powersports preferred) Leadership or management experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude with a team-first mindset Organized, motivated, and dependable Ability to problem solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors Valid driver's license required Why Join PleasureLand RV?
