Recruiter (Technical Talent Acquisition Partner) Pay: $52 - 54 Location: Irving, TX | Onsite | 12-Month Contract We are seeking an experienced Recruiter / Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to support a high-priority hiring portfolio focused on technology, engineering, AI, robotics, software, and emerging technical talent. What You'll Do Lead full-cycle recruiting for highly specialized technical and engineering positions. Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent. Develop and maintain talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill skill sets. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities, and market conditions. Conduct candidate screening, assessment, and interview coordination while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Provide talent market intelligence, compensation insights, and competitive landscape research. Manage multiple complex requisitions while balancing quality, speed, and stakeholder expectations. Track recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and hiring progress to drive data-informed decisions. Ensure compliance with recruiting processes, ATS/CRM management, and hiring best practices. Collaborate with recruiting teams and HR partners to support business-critical hiring initiatives. Required Qualifications 7+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources experience. Proven success recruiting for technical, engineering, software, AI, robotics, autonomy, digital, or related specialized talent. Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, CRM platforms, and market mapping strategies. Experience engaging passive candidates and building long-term talent communities. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging recruiting metrics and reporting. High school diploma required; additional education and certifications are a plus. Preferred Experience Recruiting for AI, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Cloud Technologies, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Robotics, Autonomy, IoT, Embedded Systems, or Advanced Engineering functions. Executive research, sourcing partner, or talent intelligence background. Experience providing workforce planning support and talent advisory services.
