• Support our Lead Preschool Teachers to prepare children for kindergarten through guided instruction and child-led exploration.
• Use our STREAM-based curriculum to bring out the strengths in every child.
• Create relationships with parents and provide support through daily interactions and communication.
• Uphold the rules and regulations of Lightbridge Academy and governmental regulatory agencies about children's care, health, and safety.
• Support an engaging work environment by learning, collaborating, and building co-worker relationships.

Skills, Abilities, and Experience we are looking for:

• 1 year of prior experience in childcare is preferred but not required.
• Organization, time management, and multi-tasking skills
• Oral and written communication skills
