This is a newly created position driven by expansion, with a defined path to Accounting Manager in 12–24 months based on performance.You'll work directly with senior leadership, gain exposure to strategic decision-making, and play a key role in strengthening the accounting function as the company scales.Why This Opportunity Stands OutClear advancement path to Accounting Manager (12–24 months)High visibility to executive leadership and key decision-makersOpportunity to build and improve processes, not just maintain themFast-growing company with strong long-term trajectoryCompetitive compensation + bonusModern Class A office with a flexible hybrid schedule (WFH Fridays after onboarding)Strong benefits package: 401(k) match, PTO, holidays, and moreWhat You'll DoReporting directly to the VP of Finance, you will:Lead key components of the monthly close process (journal entries, accruals, reconciliations)Prepare accurate, timely financial statements and internal management reportsMaintain and reconcile the general ledger across multiple entitiesEnsure GAAP compliance and support a strong internal control environmentHandle revenue recognition, expense accruals, and partnership accounting activitiesSupport budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisPartner with leadership to deliver actionable financial insightsDrive process improvements and reporting enhancementsCoordinate with external auditors and tax advisors during year-end audits and filingsWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in AccountingCPA or CPA-track strongly preferred5–10 years of experience across public accounting and/or corporate environmentsStrong foundation in GAAP, accrual accounting, and financial reportingExperience with multi-entity and/or partnership accountingAdvanced Excel skills (PivotTables, lookups, data analysis)Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage, D365, or similar)Proven ability to own processes, meet deadlines, and operate in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with leadershipThis is an ideal role for a motivated accounting professional who wants to step out of purely execution-based work and into a position with real influence, visibility, and upward mobility.
