Dental Front Desk Coordinator

- Greet patients with a positive, professional attitude
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the practice calendar
- Check patients in/out and verify insurance information
- Collect co-pays and process payments
- Input Insurance payments
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
- Communicate with patients regarding treatment plans and reminders
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organization
- Utilize Vyne Trellis billing software to ensure accurate dental claim filing and claim disputes
- Verify and update insurance eligibility and benefits
- Present treatment plans to patients
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- At least 2 years of front desk experience at a dental office
- Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiar with computers and scheduling software such as Open Dental
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with insurance verification
- 32-38h per week
- Monday -Thursday 8:30am-5pm
