Pay The pay range per hour is $20.82 - $37.45. You may also earn additional compensation in the form of a shift differential, ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour, based on eligibility. Role Overview As a Senior Human Resource Specialist in Distribution and Receive Centers, you enable the HR operating model by delivering consistent execution of HR processes, routines, and tools. You are a key partner and a reliable resource, helping ensure HR programs are delivered accurately, efficiently, and with a strong focus on the team member experience. Through onboarding, workforce routines, and ensuring timely completion and accurate record‑keeping of required training, as well as day‑to‑day HR services, you provide guidance and operational support that helps leaders and team members navigate HR processes and organizational change.
