Per Diem Hospice RN Case ManagerLocation: Sandwich, MA Company: Hospice Services of MassachusettsWe are seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Case Manager to join our hospice team. As a Hospice RN Case Manager, you will plan, organize, and direct hospice care for our patients and their families.$42 to $52 an hour, depending on experience, with weekly pay.This is an on-the-road position that requires the candidate to have a driver's license and an insured and reliable vehicle.
