About the Role:
Willowchase LLC is looking for a dynamic and experienced Hotel Front Office Operations Manager to lead our front desk team in Houston, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the guest experience from the moment they walk through the door, driving excellence in hospitality operations every single day.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all front office operations including check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest services
• Lead, train, and schedule front desk staff to ensure optimal performance and coverage
• Monitor and improve guest satisfaction scores and resolve escalated guest complaints
• Manage room inventory, rate strategies, and coordination with housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, and safety procedures
• Analyze front office metrics and prepare operational reports for senior management
• Collaborate with sales, food & beverage, and other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in hotel front office management or a supervisory hospitality role
• Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS) such as Opera, Fosse, or similar
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities
• Solid understanding of revenue management and front office best practices
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
