Cutting-Edge Equipment : Work with top‑of‑the‑line blow molding and injection equipment from leaders like Sidel and Husky, along with our own proprietary technologies! Your Responsibilities Work the following schedule: 6:45 pm - 7:00 am on a rotating cycle of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, equating to two weekends off per month. Operate various high-quality injection and blow-molding manufacturing equipment in a safe, clean environment. Monitor and make adjustments to machinery settings (heat control, water cooling temperatures, hydraulic pressure, etc.) to ensure the production of high-quality plastic containers. Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine preventative maintenance. Conduct quality checks to ensure Plastipak customer requirements are met, including specifications such as bottle weights and dimensions. Collaborate with your team to identify and pursue continuous improvement opportunities focused on safety, reliability, quality, and scrap reduction. Enhance your skills through formal and hands‑on training with career advancement prospects. What You Need High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. A minimum of one (1) year experience as a Manufacturing Production Technician with equipment used for high‑volume production. Preferred working knowledge of injection or blow molding equipment. Basic understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical mechanical systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities. Capability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Your Earnings Night shift positions receive a shift differential of $1.50.
