Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash flow reporting and cash position analysis to ensure liquidity needs are met.
- Prepare and process wire transfers, ACH payments, and other banking transactions.
- Serve as a point of contact for banking partners, assisting with account openings, closings, and maintenance.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Monitor and forecast short-term and long-term cash needs across multiple properties and entities.
- Assist in treasury and banking reporting for management and auditors.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- 2-5 years of accounting or treasury experience.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, cash management, and treasury functions.
