About Our Agency: I opened my agency in 2015 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming an agent, I worked in banking. I was drawn to agency ownership because it gave me the opportunity to build my own business while making a meaningful impact in the local community and helping people protect what matters most. I attended University of Mississippi, where I played football. I'm a proud father of two and enjoy traveling and spending time with my family whenever possible. Community involvement is an important part of our agency. We stay active with local schools and proudly sponsor a Student Athlete of the Month award at the local high school. Supporting young people and recognizing hard work and achievement are values that align closely with our agency culture. Responsibilities: Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications: Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred. Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
