We're looking for energetic, outgoing Brand Ambassadors to represent a nationally recognized premium tobacco brand at retail locations throughout your territory. In this highly interactive role, you'll engage adult consumers through one-on-one conversations, introduce brand offerings, gather consumer feedback, and distribute promotional offers. Job Type Regular Work Location Market - JTRET - AL - Mulga Pay $25 per hour Schedule Wednesday - Sunday Location Daily travel within the territory Required Must be at least 21 years of age, have reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license What We Offer Receive weekly pay Mileage + paid travel time Next-day pay on demand with DailyPay Eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits Eligible for 401k with company matching Paid time off Scholarship opportunities Employee Assistance Program Paid Time Off Paid Holidays We're Looking For Brand Ambassadors Who Are Outgoing, energetic, and charismatic, with a natural ability to connect with people Confident communicators who enjoy starting conversations and building rapport Professional, reliable, and comfortable representing a premium brand Adaptable and self-motivated, able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment Detail-oriented and committed to following compliance requirements Passionate about creating memorable customer experiences and driving engagement Key Responsibilities Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory Engage adult tobacco consumers in meaningful, compliant conversations about tobacco products Verify age eligibility and ensure all interactions comply with company policies, local regulations, and program guidelines Administer consumer surveys and accurately collect market feedback and insightsDistribute approved promotional materials and consumer offers, including coupons and incentives Educate consumers on available promotions Encourage purchase consideration through consultative consumer engagement Build positive relationships with retail personnel and store management Accurately document activity results, consumer interactions, and survey completion through designated reporting systems Maintain all program materials, displays, and activation assets in a professional manner Travel throughout the assigned territory to support scheduled retail visits and events Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, event marketing, or promotional marketing roles preferred Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities Comfortable approaching and engaging consumers in a retail environment Professional appearance and demeanor Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to utilize mobile applications and reporting tools Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to stand for extended periods and remain active throughout scheduled events Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds Success Factors Create memorable and positive consumer experiences Build trust and credibility with adult consumers Achieve activation and survey completion goals Accurately represent brand messaging and promotional offers Maintain exceptional compliance standards Deliver reliable reporting and execution across every retail visit Work Environment This position requires regular travel throughout an assigned territory and frequent work within convenience store and retail environments. Brand Ambassadors typically spend approximately four hours per retail activation interacting directly with adult consumers, collecting feedback, and promoting brand awareness and product consideration.
