Marketing Manager

STRIDE Fitness is looking for a highly motivated marketing team member with a passion for connecting with people and, ideally, a genuine interest in fitness, health, and wellness. You'll run marketing for our Tustin studio: driving lead generation, owning social, and building the grassroots partnerships that keep our funnel full and our community energized. STRIDE Fitness is a rapidly growing, on-trend premium national fitness franchise, and this role comes with real career growth opportunities at both the studio and corporate level. Here is what you will do as a Marketing Manager: Schedule and oversee weekly grassroots marketing events and partnerships that drive membership leads. Meet or exceed monthly lead generation goals through in studio and organic marketing initiatives. Manage the studio social media presence, including creating posts, fostering engagement, and developing content. Develop and execute marketing strategies and promotional campaigns that maximize lead flow. Track and report lead and marketing KPIs, reviewing performance monthly with the Studio Manager. Build and maintain community partnerships that grow local awareness of STRIDE Fitness. Partner with the Studio Manager to hand off qualified leads and convert them into memberships. Create marketing content and campaigns that reflect the STRIDE Fitness brand and energy. Build a fun, inclusive, high energy community presence that members are proud to belong to. Support the studio grand opening and ongoing growth through consistent local outreach. Compensation: $25 Per Hour + Commission Schedule: Full Time / Flexible #J-18808-Ljbffr
