Retail Associate - Inventory Starting Wage: $18.00 - $20.00 Part Time: Ability to work varied, traditional and non-traditional flexible hours. Follow a clear, consistent workflow. Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods. Meet daily performance goals and earn productivity-based wage increases. Team Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales, Driver, or Warehouse work is preferred; no inventory experience is required. Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts. Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools. Strong focus and attention to detail. Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency. Positive, team-oriented attitude. We encourage applications from candidates with no degree, those returning to the workforce, military experience, and those with reliable transportation. Working Conditions Require prolonged standing, walking, use of both hands for repetitive motions, squatting, kneeling, or crouching, use of ladders, lifting items up to 25 lbs, and occasional travel by car and plane, including overnight stays. Benefits Competitive pay: eligible for productivity-based wage increases of up to $2.00 in the first 6 months, with a maximum of $5.00. Referral bonus: $200 for each referral.
