FT Maintenance Worker
The Maintenance Specialist is responsible for maintaining facility including yard maintenance, inventory, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing and painting. Driving patients with company van.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Must have a GED or High School Diploma. Prefer 2 years of prior hospital maintenance experience. Must have a clean driving record.
