Clinical Manager - CV ServicesClinical Mgr, FT, Piedmont Columbus MidtownManages the day-to-day operations of endovascular & cardiac procedural services. Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, monitoring staff performance, providing staff education, and implementing and directing Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement activities for the department. Participates in department budget preparation and management. Acts as a liaison between customers, technical staff, medical staff, and other departments within the hospital. Responsible for succession planning, identifying talent, providing support, education, and resources to grow future leaders.
