Crew Member - Paid Training to Become a Manager

Get Certified as a McDonald's Shift Manager
Join our team as a crew member and start training for your next promotion. Upon completing your training, you will have the credentials needed to get a management job at any McDonald's, no matter where life takes you.

Typical Timeline to Management:
4-6 weeks Crew - Learn the basics!
3 weeks Crew Trainer class and practice Become the trainer!
12-15 weeks Management candidate interview, background check, classes, practice
Final step: Running a shift yourself and getting Certified as a McDonald's Manager*
*this certification is recognized by all McDonald's restaurants across the world
