Physical Therapist Assistant - Full Time

Position Overview Seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide direct therapy services under the supervision of a physical therapist, following the physician's plan of care. Responsibilities include assessing patients, delivering treatments, and educating patients and caregivers on device use and rehabilitation techniques. The role involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, updating on patient progress, and planning for discharge. Ensuring patient safety, documenting progress, and adhering to professional and ethical standards are essential. The PTA must maintain confidentiality and communicate changes in patient status promptly.
