We’re looking for an energetic, friendly, and sales-driven Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming face of Drybar. In this role, you’ll help create a fun, polished experience for every client—from the moment they walk through the door until they leave feeling confident and beautiful. Why You’ll Love Working at Drybar Free Drybar services Bonuses for membership sales Flexible scheduling Discounts on all retail products A clear career path with opportunities for professional growth Ongoing training and development A fun, fast-paced, team-focused environment Responsibilities What You’ll Do Welcome clients and create a warm, upbeat experience Manage appointments, check-ins, checkouts, and front desk operations Educate clients about Drybar memberships, services, and retail products Recommend products and services based on each client’s needs Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system Help maintain an organized, polished, and welcoming shop environment Solve client concerns calmly, professionally, and efficiently Support the team during busy shifts and special events Qualifications What We’re Looking For At least one year of experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, such as retail, hospitality, sales, front desk, or salon services Previous point-of-sale system experience strongly preferred Salon or spa experience is a plus, but not required High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills The ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities A positive, professional attitude—even under pressure A track record of providing above-and-beyond customer service The ability to stand and walk for the majority of a six- to eight-hour shift Confidence using technology and learning new systems A team-first mindset and willingness to jump in wherever needed If you’re passionate about creating memorable experiences, connecting with clients, and being part of a supportive and energetic team, we’d love to meet you!
