Retail Pharmacy Operations Manager

The Retail Pharmacy Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily non-clinical operations of the retail pharmacy location. This role works in conjunction with the Pharmacists to ensure the Pharmacy is operating efficiently, in compliance with laws and regulations, and serving the needs of our customers. Responsibilities include supervising pharmacy technicians, managing workflow, ensuring SOP compliance, maintaining inventory, supporting training initiatives, and upholding a high standard of customer service.
