Business Development Manager - Digital Production Services

JOB DESCRIPTION
The position manages opportunities from initial engagement through commercial close and remains accountable for account development after deployment. The role partners closely with Customer Success Engineering, implementation, product management, engineering, operations, and the 24/7 Engineering and Optimization team to support effective onboarding, customer adoption, measurable value delivery, retention, and expansion.
Key Measures of Success
Qualified pipeline, bookings, revenue, and forecast accuracy.
New customers, pilots, commercial conversions, and deployed assets or wells.
Growth within existing accounts and expansion across additional solutions or artificial-lift applications.
Customer adoption, documented value realization, retention, and reference ability.
Effective cross-functional execution from commercial close through onboarding and ongoing account development.
