Key Responsibilities Drive sales growth and secure design wins for Cyntec automotive components, including high-power magnetics, current sense resistors, power inductors/chokes, and power modules Promote component adoption with automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and semiconductor companies through reference design engagements Achieve annual revenue targets while delivering sustained year-over-year business growth Manage strategic customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and generate demand through proactive customer engagement Coordinate with engineering teams, factories, and product management in Taiwan to support customer requirements, including product specifications, samples, pricing, technical support, and quality issue resolution Lead commercial negotiations involving pricing, contracts, and business agreements Minimum Qualifications B.S. in Electrical Engineering preferred; alternatively, an Engineering degree with 5+ years of automotive electronics sales or marketing experience Proven experience in automotive electronics and/or electronic components. Established relationships with automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, including engineering and procurement organizations Strong understanding of automotive applications, including EV charging, battery management systems (BMS), ADAS, zonal architectures, infotainment, LED lighting, and high-performance computing platforms Demonstrated sales discipline with a results-driven, business development mindset Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented, with strong problem-solving and time management abilities Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: 10% LOCATION: Plymouth, Michigan Preferred Qualifications Prior product development or engineering experience Semiconductor industry experience Mandarin language proficiency is a plus Ideal Candidate: A technically savvy sales professional with strong automotive industry relationships, capable of driving new business, securing design wins, and accelerating revenue growth within the automotive electronics ecosystem.
