In this role, you will receive calls, perform scheduling assignments and make quick decisions to ensure the proper action is taken in a busy limousine/private passenger transportation office. Our ideal candidate is highly organized with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. Our ideal candidate is also a friendly "people person" with excellent customer service skills, appropriate telephone etiquette, the ability to work well with others and learn new computer applications. Knowledge of the local demographics (South Jersey/Philadelphia) a must. Performance review after 90 days. Responsibilities Receive inbound calls Collect and document information from callers Prioritize calls according to the level of urgency Transmit information to the appropriate person or department Direct drivers to appropriate location Monitor status of all drivers and job assignments Qualifications High school diploma/GED Previous experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar position Excellent typing and data entry skills Understanding of local demographics Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects Ability to work well under pressure #J-18808-Ljbffr Albert's Transportation
