Job Title:

Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist)

Role Description:

This position transcends the typical Clinic Director role — it offers the chance to become an Equity Partner and play a pivotal role in establishing a clinic from the ground up. You will have input on the clinic's location, culture, team development, and patient experience while collaborating with an organization that has successfully launched over 400 clinics across the country. Our company will provide assistance in Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, Revenue Cycle Management, and all other aspects necessary to support you and your expanding clinic.

Compensation:

Annual salary range: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated commitment and experience in a healthcare environment.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A passion for mentoring and developing others is essential.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• A desire to enhance the clinic, foster community relationships, and cultivate a positive team culture.
• Commitment to outstanding patient outcomes and quality care.
