Remote HR Director - Hospitality & People Ops (Bilingual)

Pavago is seeking an HR Director to lead People Operations, Talent Acquisition, payroll, compliance and engagement across multiple hotel locations. This hands-on leadership role balances strategic people management with daily execution, working with executives and hotel managers in a bilingual English-Spanish environment. You’ll own the entire employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding through performance management and separation, and partner with leaders to build scalable HR systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
