Treasury Sales Officer II - Global Large Corporate Consumer & Retail

Job Description Lead product experts in Global Transaction Services, driving growth of treasury revenue and profitability across a portfolio of Fortune 500 and large corporate clients. Serve as the product sales or industry expert in client calls, identify opportunities, and collaborate with product, sales, and relationship teams to design customized working capital and treasury solutions that address client challenges. Responsibilities Manage and aggressively grow treasury revenue and profitability for Global Large Corporate Consumer and Retail clients, primarily in Food, Beverage, and Consumer Goods sectors. Partner with Corporate Bankers and cross‑functional treasury partners (Liquidity, Investment, Payments, Receivables, FX, Card, Trade, Service) to present customized working capital and treasury solutions. Act as digital ambassador, driving mobile, digital and real‑time payments adoption and leading strategic dialogues on key client‑centric issues. Lead client‑focused cost/benefit and bank profitability analyses to position solutions. Develop pricing strategy, RFP/RFI responses, and deliver compelling client‑facing treasury presentations. Coach and mentor Treasury Analysts, coordinating with Servicing and Implementation teams to support client needs. Maintain strong client focus and operational understanding of the bank’s treasury products and services. Set and achieve performance metrics, driving revenue, portfolio development, and client planning initiatives. Qualifications 5+ years as a Treasury Sales Officer with a proven track record in treasury management sales. Experience traveling up to 50% of the time. Broad and deep familiarity with global treasury products, services, and trends. Strong business development, relationship management, negotiation, and executive presentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and critical thinking abilities. Strong business/financial acumen and ability to work across enterprise partners. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and maintain high client satisfaction. Experience mentoring teams and working collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Desired Skills B.S. or B.A. in finance, accounting, management, or related field. Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or equivalent MBA. International Cash Management, Card Solutions, or Trade & Supply Chain Finance experience. Leadership experience, strong collaborative and communication skills. Employment Details Shift: 1st shift (United States) Hours per week: 40 Pay range: $127,500.00 – $230,000.00 annualized salary, including discretionary incentive eligibility.
