Your Responsibilities Include

• Applying radiographic and CT techniques to produce superior diagnostic images for physician evaluation
• Working closely with radiologists and healthcare professionals to secure accurate diagnoses
• Ensuring proper patient positioning and equipment calibration to achieve optimal imaging results
• Adhering to safety protocols to protect patients and staff
• Keeping meticulous records, including imaging logs and maintenance schedules
• Providing empathetic care as you guide patients through their imaging experience

Essential Education and Credentials

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is mandatory; a Bachelor's is advantageous
• Completion of an accredited radiology program is required

Certifications Needed

• ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography is necessary
• Current BLS certification or the ability to secure it within 90 days of hire
