Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking an entry level Procurement Specialist to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

• Run daily reports to monitor order activity and performance.

• Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.

• Analyze incoming orders for delays or potential issues before processing.

• Enter data accurately into relevant systems and databases.

• Collaborate with the sales team to fulfill service requests and support customer needs.

Requirements:

• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Communicate effectively with professionals at all levels.

• Work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

• Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Exhibit excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Show proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

• Use ERP systems confidently to manage order and customer data.

• Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.

• Maintain attention to detail while managing repetitive tasks.

• Support cross-functional teams with timely and accurate information.
