Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ histories, mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care.

• Craft and implement individualized treatment plans that include measurable goals and interventions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Collaborate actively with the treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop client-centered care strategies, ensuring holistic support.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing our electronic health record system.

Your position as an LCSW is instrumental in supporting a diverse clientele facing addiction and various mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
