Key Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Valid state respiratory care license or eligibility to obtain
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS preferred
• Previous experience in acute care hospital settings desirable
• Strong communication and critical thinking abilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver respiratory care to patients of all ages in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols
• Conduct diagnostic tests such as ABGs, spirometry, and airway management
• Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot respiratory therapy equipment
