Healthcare Construction Project Manager

Job Description

Manage healthcare construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial goals. Oversee on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process. Ensure all projects align with client expectations and contractual obligations. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance project efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Healthcare Construction Project Manager should have: Experience as a Project Manager or APM/Junior PM stepping up. Background in healthcare interiors strongly preferred. Experience with medical office buildouts or renovations. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple fast-paced interior projects. Local to Charlotte, NC required. Prior experience with healthcare clients (e.g., hospital systems) is a plus.

What's on Offer
