Job Summary Job Type: Regular Work Location: Best Buy 1416, Denver, CO 80234 Pay: $23 per hour Schedule: 20 hours per week—Friday 4:00pm‑8:00pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00am‑7:00pm Holiday Schedule: Additional shifts added in November and December for key customer shopping days About the Role Work closely with retail shoppers to recommend Meta products that meet their needs. Serve as the primary resource for customers seeking information on Meta’s products, ensuring an interactive, informative, and prosperous shopping experience. Build relationships in a retail environment and maintain a technology‑first mindset, training retail associates on new AI apps and tools. Responsibilities Engage customers, demonstrate Meta gadgets, and help them see how these products enhance fitness, gaming, entertainment, and daily life. Build trust by understanding customer needs and confidently recommending the appropriate Meta product. Represent Meta and 2020 Companies with professionalism, fostering positive relationships with customers and store staff. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team success. Maintain clean, organized, visually appealing Meta displays, ensuring the latest devices and promotions are showcased. Partner with retail sales associates and leaders, sharing knowledge and supporting a positive work environment. Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically; submit daily reports using your mobile device. Work primarily during high‑traffic times, including weekends (required), weekdays, and holidays. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of six months experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing preferred. Interest in AV and VR products is a plus. Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale is necessary. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced team environment. Availability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three one‑time weekday shifts. Own a smartphone with an operating system equivalent to an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25. Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, pick up, bend, grab, and lift up to 20lbs occasionally, with continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation.
